By installing AI Life OS or signing in, you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Kenzy Thai as an independent developer.

1. The service

AI Life OS is a personal productivity app for iOS. It builds a Daily Brief from your calendar, health, and news inputs; remembers preferences you tell it; helps prepare doctor-visit questions from your wearable data; and offers AI Personas for journaling, reflection, and creative writing. Free and Pro tiers offer different feature limits as disclosed in the Subscription screen.

2. Account and eligibility

You sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One person per account. You must be 16 or older to use the app, in line with our App Store age rating.

3. Subscription, payment, and renewal

Pro is offered at USD $14.99/month or USD $119.99/year. Apple may show your local-currency equivalent on the subscription screen and at checkout. Local prices are set by Apple's standard tier matrix and account for regional taxes.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Your subscription auto-renews at the same price and term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel anytime in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI providers and accuracy

AI outputs are generated by third-party large language models: Cerebras gpt-oss-120b and Ollama Cloud gemma4:31b-cloud (Free tier), Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 (Pro tier), and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (Pro audio brief). These models can produce factually wrong, biased, or unexpected output. Do not treat AI Life OS output as professional advice in any field.

Doctor Prep is NOT medical advice. The Doctor Prep feature generates discussion questions from your wearable data. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed physician for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

AI Personas are NOT therapy or clinical care. Personas in AI Life OS are journaling and reflection partners. They are not therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors. The app includes a server-side safety layer that surfaces crisis resources (988 in the US, Lifeline 13 11 14 in Australia, Samaritans 116 123 in the UK, 9-8-8 in Canada) when distress signals are detected, but this is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a human professional or emergency services.

5. Your responsibilities

Do not use the app for illegal activity or to harm others.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape the API, or bypass rate limits and quotas.
Do not feed the app content you do not have the right to process.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party providers (Apple, Supabase, Railway, Cerebras, Ollama Cloud, Anthropic, Google, RevenueCat, Open-Meteo). Outages or rate-limit events with any of them can degrade or pause features. We will surface degraded behavior in-app where possible (e.g. on-device fallback voice when Google TTS is unavailable, automatic failover from Cerebras to Ollama Cloud when the primary LLM is rate-limited).

7. Intellectual property

The AI Life OS app, brand, and source code are owned by Kenzy Thai. You retain ownership of all content you submit (memory entries, calendar data, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you opted into.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete account & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, exceed reasonable usage limits, or violate these terms. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by bumping the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, prompting in-app acknowledgment.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
